Online booking calendar for physiotherapists

A physiotherapy practice books by session: assessment, treatment and reviews. BeautyCalendar publishes those appointments on the practice's website and keeps the slot of the physiotherapist who sees them.

Session, first visit and several physiotherapists

The first visit and the follow-up session do not last the same. They are created as services, with minutes and a price. If a session is 45 minutes and the assessment is 60, the calendar respects each block and does not overlap them on that physiotherapist's booking calendar. Variants are for when the same concept has two durations.

Each physiotherapist has their weekly hours and their services. A practice with three professionals is three columns, not a single list where anyone takes any slot unless you assign them the same services. Days can be closed and hours blocked for training or a meeting. There is no couch room as a separate resource: the booking calendar is the person's. If two physiotherapists share a single couch, the software does not detect it.

Session packs and the practice's paperwork

A pack of ten sessions is created as a package: number of sessions, price and sessions already used. It fits someone who comes twice a week during a cycle. The client area shows the centre's packs. The team records the use; the software does not decide how many sessions are clinically due.

The dashboard includes a questionnaire and informed consents. They are for writing down what the practice asks for before treatment. They are not a hospital medical record, they do not store a structured clinical course and they do not issue a medical report. BeautyCalendar does not diagnose, does not propose a treatment and is not presented in this text as certified healthcare software: it is a booking calendar, a website and an appointment record.

The patient record, inside the tool, is the client record: contact details, notes and appointment history. The notes are free text from the team. It is sensible not to put data there that the practice must handle in another system if its protocol requires that. The party responsible for the processing of that data, when the practice enters it, is the practice itself; BeautyCalendar is the operator of the software.

Reminders and the practice page

The automatic reminder goes out by email and by WhatsApp at 24 hours and at 4 hours before the appointment, if there is an email or a phone number. There is no SMS in that flow. In a practice, that notice reminds the person of the session without reception calling the whole list. We do not give an absence rate: it is not measured in the code.

The website shows the services you publish and the booking button, on a subdomain or on the practice's domain. The patient books from the browser, without an app. You can leave the centre visible in the BeautyCalendar directory or hide it. Booking on the booking calendar happens on your page, not on a clinic listing with a commission per session.

Practice price and 14-day trial

One practice is one centre: 29,90 € a month in Spain and in the EU-27, excluding VAT, with the physiotherapists at that premises included in the same fee. Another premises is another centre and the price changes according to the sign-up table. The trial is 14 days with a card. The monthly fee is not charged until the end. The 100 € for assisted setup are charged only if you take them on the form.

Cancellation is scheduled in the account holder's profile when there is a Stripe subscription, and it takes effect at the close of the period. There is no percentage per session in the fee. Card payment at booking is not in production. The deposit can be configured and, meanwhile, is collected at the practice. If the online charge is switched on, the code keeps a 1 % platform commission on that payment, separate from Stripe.

Hostly can reply on the website and enter the appointment if it is connected. The dashboard refers to 1.500 replies a month and to 500 further replies at 10 €, including VAT. It does not use those messages to give clinical advice.

Frequently asked questions

Is it a clinic or hospital programme?

No. It is the booking calendar and the website of a practice that works by appointment. It is not a hospital medical record and it does not give a diagnosis.

Can I book several physiotherapists?

Yes. Each one has hours and services. There is no couch booking calendar separate from the person.

Does the patient book outside reception hours?

Yes, on the website, at any hour, on the slots that the hours and the appointments already entered leave free.

What is the trial like?

14 days with a card. The monthly fee is charged at the end. Assisted setup of 100 €, if it is ticked, is charged at sign-up.
