Before you trust a figure. Booksy and Fresha change fees, currencies and commissions without telling this page. Anyone who publishes or decides from this comparison has to open the links at the end again. The BeautyCalendar figures come from its sign-up: 29,90 € a month for one centre in Spain and in the EU, excluding VAT.

What is compared and what is not

The comparison covers the monthly fee, whether there is a commission when the client arrives through the software's own marketplace, and whether the business website is included in the price or separate. It does not compare the quality of support, or ease of use, or how many salons use each one. Those figures, when they appear on the vendor's website, belong to the vendor. They are not repeated here as a checked fact.

It also does not say that one option is better. A salon that wants to appear in a client directory and another that only wants its own website are not looking for the same thing.

BeautyCalendar, according to its sign-up

One centre in Spain and in the rest of the EU-27 is 29,90 € a month. VAT is not included: Stripe Tax adds it from the billing address. From two to six centres the amount rises in bands; the table is at /precios and it is the one registration uses, not a different rounding.

The trial is 14 days with a card. The monthly fee is not charged until the trial ends. If assisted setup is ticked, 100 € as a one-off payment, that amount is charged at sign-up.

The fee does not include a percentage on each appointment made on your website. Card payment at booking (Stripe Connect) is not in production: the dashboard says so and, today, the client books and pays at the centre. The code that would make that charge provides for a 1 % platform commission on the online payment, in addition to Stripe. The deposit can be set in the dashboard and, while the online charge is not active, it is collected on the premises.

Included are the centre's page (subdomain beautycalendar.pro/tunegocio or the domain you connect), the calendar, professionals with hours, clients, session packs and appointment reminders by email and WhatsApp at 24 hours and at 4 hours. There is no SMS reminder in that send. It is not a marketplace: it does not charge a percentage on the first visit of a client who found you in one of its listings.

Booksy, according to its pricing page in Spain

On 15 October 2026, the Booksy Biz pricing page in Spain (biz.booksy.com/es-es/precios) said that the subscription costs 34,99 € a month plus VAT, and 8 € a month plus VAT for each additional team member. The same page describes a trial of 7 days, without a card and without commitment, and says that bookings are unlimited.

On commissions, the text on that page says they do not charge for a new client who finds you through your own marketing if you do not switch Boost on. Boost is optional: activation with no monthly fee and a one-off charge of 30 % of the cost of the first visit of a client who arrived through Boost, with a maximum of 50 € plus VAT. The Booksy help centre, in a different article, adds a minimum of 4 € plus VAT when the 30 % does not reach that figure. Both should be read, because they are not in the same paragraph.

The same tariff publishes payment processing costs (for example, mobile payments at 2 % plus 0,15 € per transaction). That is the gateway, not the Boost commission. The page consulted does not say, in the price block, that the fee includes a website with the salon's own domain. We do not claim that Booksy has no website elsewhere: only that that screen does not list it next to the fee. It has to be checked.

Fresha, according to the pricing page in Spanish

On 15 October 2026, fresha.com/es/pricing showed prices in United States dollars, not in euros. The Independiente plan was listed at 19,95 US$ a month. The Equipo plan, at 14,95 US$ a month per team member available for bookings. The page itself warns that the prices do not include local tax. Anyone with a salon in Spain must look at which currency and which amount Fresha shows them at sign-up: this comparison does not convert dollars to euros.

The Fresha marketplace, in that same table, applies a one-off commission of 20 % to a new client who discovers the business through the marketplace, with a minimum of 6 US$ per client. Clients who have already booked are listed without that fee. The page also says that it does not charge for clients who arrive through your website, Instagram or Facebook.

The trial is not described the same way for everyone. The contract section says that businesses with teams can use 7 days without a card. It does not say the same, in that sentence, of the plan for one person. We do not extend it.

The “smart website” appears as a paid add-on: 15,95 US$ a month in the table consulted. Email reminders are listed as unlimited. SMS and WhatsApp have an included allowance (100 a month on Independiente, 100 per member on Equipo) and a price per message after that. Online payments are listed at 2,79 % plus 0,20 US$ per transaction in that table.

No Booksy or Fresha cell is an offer from BeautyCalendar. It is a summary of what those pages said that day. If a cell does not match what you see when you register, the vendor's screen prevails.

How to read it without choosing from the headline

BeautyCalendar charges a fee per centre and provides the website where the client books. It does not bring, inside that price, a shop window of new clients. Booksy and Fresha publish a directory or a paid boost for the client who reaches them through that channel, and a fee that on Booksy grows by team member and on Fresha is also counted per bookable member. If the salon lives off that shop window, the first-visit commission carries weight. If the salon already has clients and wants to stop writing bookings down on the phone, the fixed fee and the website carry more weight.

All three allow, on paper, the subscription to be cancelled. On BeautyCalendar the account holder with a Stripe subscription schedules cancellation in the profile and access continues until the end of the period. What Booksy and Fresha do when cancel is pressed has to be read in their account, not here.
