Cabins, without a cabin grid in the software
In the centre, the cabin is the place where the facial cleanse, radiofrequency, pressotherapy, hair removal or the massage is done. In the BeautyCalendar code there is no resource called cabin, room or machine with its own booking calendar. The appointment rests on the professional and on the minutes of the service. If the same beauty therapist always works in one cabin, their hours are that cabin's booking calendar. If two people share a machine, the software does not block the machine: it blocks the person. It is best not to promise two treatments at once on the same machine if there is only one and the software does not count it.
That is a real limit, not a wording error. It suits a centre that organises the day by beauty therapist. It does not replace a resource planner if you need to cross cabin, machine and person on the same screen.
Treatments, timings and session packs
A facial cleanse, a body treatment or a machine-treatment session is created as a service: name, description, price and duration. Variants cover, for example, 40 minutes and 70 minutes of the same protocol, at different prices. The client sees the price before booking.
Packs fit protocols of several visits. There are packages with a number of sessions, a price and sessions used. There is also the classic pack by number of sessions and percentage. The client can see their packs in the client area of the centre's website. The software deducts sessions when the team records the use; it does not invent a medical treatment plan.
For treatments that require a signed paper, the dashboard has informed consents and a questionnaire. They are documents the centre writes or uses from the dashboard templates. BeautyCalendar does not diagnose and does not replace the judgement of the person who applies the treatment.
- Service with minutes, price and photos.
- Session pack or package with a counter.
- Consents and a questionnaire in the dashboard.
- Several professionals, each with their own hours.
The centre's website, not only the calendar
The page shows services, a gallery and booking. You can use the BeautyCalendar subdomain or connect your domain. The public directory at beautycalendar.pro/centros can list the centre if you leave it visible; it is not required in order to use the booking calendar and it is not a marketplace with a commission per appointment.
Appointment reminders go by email and by WhatsApp at 24 hours and at 4 hours. There is no SMS channel in that scheduler. The record stores history and notes, useful when a protocol is repeated and you want to see the last visit without searching on the phone.
The shop can sell a cabin product (contour, sun care, a supplement) for collection at the centre. Delivery is optional and is switched on in the centre's profile.
What it costs and how sign-up works
One centre in Spain or in the EU-27: 29,90 € a month, excluding VAT via Stripe Tax. If you have more than one cabin in different premises, the price depends on the number of centres on the account, not on the number of couches. The table is on the prices page and is the same one sign-up uses.
The trial lasts 14 days and asks for a card. The monthly fee is not charged during those days. The one-off payment for assisted setup, 100 €, is included only if you tick it, and in that case it is charged when you sign up. Cancellation, if the subscription is with Stripe, is scheduled from the account holder's profile and takes effect at the close of the period.
Hostly can reply on the website and, if you connect it, enter the appointment in the booking calendar. The dashboard refers to 1.500 replies a month included and to extra packs of 500 for 10 € including VAT, bought in Hostly. There is no cabin-occupancy promise in this text: the software does not calculate machine slots.
Deposit and payment at the centre
Many centres ask for a deposit for a long treatment. The dashboard lets you set a deposit: a percentage or a fixed amount, and limit it to new clients or to weekends. Today the dashboard itself says that Stripe Connect, the card charge at booking, is not in production. The client books and pays at the centre. When that charge exists, the code keeps a 1 % platform commission on the online amount, in addition to what Stripe charges.

Frequently asked questions
Does the software assign cabins?
No. There is no cabin resource in the database. The booking calendar is by professional and by service duration. If each cabin has one beauty therapist, their hours act as that cabin's booking calendar.
Can I sell packs of several sessions?
Yes. There are packages and packs with a number of sessions, a price and sessions used. The client can see them in their area.
Does it suit aesthetic medicine?
It suits booking the treatments you write and storing consents. It does not diagnose and it is not a hospital medical record.
Does the client pay the deposit when booking?
The dashboard stores the deposit rule, but card payment at booking is not in production. Today the client books and pays at the centre.
