BeautyCalendar opens the account with a 14-day trial. It is not a trial without a card: sign-up asks for a payment method, and Stripe does not charge the monthly fee until those 14 days end. If you cancel before then, that first subscription charge does not go through.
There is one exception. On the same form you can tick assisted setup. It is a one-off payment of 100 € (100 $ if the billing country is the United States). That box is optional. If you tick it, that amount is charged at sign-up, even though the monthly fee stays on trial.
The button below opens the sign-up that already exists at /register. There is no other form and no policy different from the one for that process.
Start sign-upName, email, phone and password. You state whether you invoice as a company or as an individual.
Country and address. Stripe uses it for VAT. The tax is separate from the 29,90 €.
You choose how many centres. You see the fee. The gateway is Stripe. If any details are missing, sign-up does not continue.
The trial gives access to the same subscription: the centre page, the calendar, clients, session packages, reminders by email and WhatsApp at 24 hours and at 4 hours, and the dashboard. It does not add a module that is not in the paid plan.
Cancellation, once the subscription is already in Stripe, is scheduled from the account holder’s profile and takes effect at the end of the period. During the trial, cancelling before day 14 avoids the first charge of the fee.
