Online booking calendar for a nail salon

In a nail salon, time is in charge: an express manicure does not take the same time as acrylics, a rubber base or a pedicure with polish. The online booking calendar books that block.

Manicure, semi-permanent, gel and acrylic

A nail salon's menu usually mixes classic manicure, semi-permanent, gel, acrylic, rubber base, nail art, removal and pedicure. Each job is created as a service with a price and minutes. If the nail art is an extra with a different time, it can be a variant or another service. The client chooses on the website and sees the price before confirming.

Short slots fill badly in a paper book because an acrylic removal eats the manicure that follows. With the duration stored, the calendar does not offer 17:00 if that professional's previous service has not finished yet. That holds the same for one desk as for four.

Several desks and a website of your own

Each nail artist is a professional with their hours and with the services they do. Someone who only does pedicures does not appear for an acrylic set. There is no desk booking calendar separate from the person: the desk goes with the hours of the person who uses it. If you need to block the desk when the person is in and the service is not, that resource does not exist in the code today.

The salon's website can live at beautycalendar.pro/tunegocio or on your domain. The catalogue, the work gallery (if you upload photos) and booking are there. It is not a listing inside a third-party booking app. The BeautyCalendar directory is separate and only lists the salon if you leave it visible.

Reminders go by email and by WhatsApp, at 24 hours and at 4 hours. SMS messages are not sent from that system. The client record stores notes: nail shape, an allergy to a product, a length preference. It is text the team writes, not a diagnosis.

Packs, products and day to day

A pack of monthly manicures is modelled as a session package: how many it includes, at what price and how many have been used. It suits someone who comes every three weeks for semi-permanent and prefers to pay for it as a package. The counter is on the record, not on a cardboard card.

The centre's online shop can show a polish or a cuticle oil. By default the collection-at-the-salon flow is the one that is intended; delivery is switched on separately. The dashboard statistics summarise appointments and activity. We do not publish an average ticket or a saving here: that figure is not in the code.

Booking calendar price and trial

One salon, even a single desk, goes on the one-centre plan: 29,90 € a month in Spain and in the EU-27, excluding VAT. There is no extra charge for each nail artist inside the same centre. If you open a second premises, the price rises according to the number of centres on the account. The prices page lists from one to six centres with the amount sign-up uses.

There is a trial of 14 days. A card is required. The fee is not charged until day 15. The 100 € for assisted setup are optional and, if you accept them, they are charged immediately. You can schedule cancellation from the profile if the subscription is on Stripe; access continues until the end of the period.

There is no commission in the fee on each manicure. Card payment on the booking is not active: the dashboard says so. The deposit rule (a percentage or a fixed amount) can be stored, but the client pays at the salon today. Hostly, if you connect it, can note the appointment from the website chat. The dashboard states 1.500 replies a month and packs of 500 at 10 € including VAT in Hostly.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work if I work alone at one desk?

Yes. The one-centre plan covers one professional. You do not need a team to open the booking calendar.

Can I set different times for semi-permanent and for acrylic?

Yes. Each service or variant has its minutes and its price. The calendar books that block.

Does the client book from Instagram?

They book on your website, from the phone, without installing an app. You can link that website wherever you want. BeautyCalendar does not post on Instagram for you.

Is there a commission on a nail booking?

Not in the monthly fee. Card payment at booking is not in production. If it were switched on, the code applies a 1 % platform commission on that online charge.
