Terms of service

1. Acceptance of the terms

By registering, using BeautyCalendar.pro or buying a directory ad, you accept these Terms of service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service or pay for an ad.

2. Description of the service

BeautyCalendar.pro offers two different products:

A) SaaS platform (Software as a Service) for beauty professionals:

• Create and manage a professional website for a beauty business
• Online booking and appointment management
• Client database management
• Automatic WhatsApp reminders
• Online shop for products
• Analytics and statistics
• Hosting and maintenance of the platform
• Inclusion, if the centre allows it, in the public directory beautycalendar.pro/centros (a platform centre profile, not a paid ad)

B) Directory ad for centres that do not have a SaaS account. It is labelled paid advertising, with no diary and no bookings on BeautyCalendar. The detail is in section 5.

3. Registration and user account

To use BeautyCalendar.pro you must:

• Be over 18 or have legal capacity to contract
• Provide true, complete and up-to-date information
• Keep your password secure
• Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for everything done from your account

4. Plans and prices

Monthly plan:

• Base price: €29.90/month for 1 centre
• Progressive discounts for several centres
• Recurring monthly billing
• Cancel at any time

Assisted setup:

• One-off payment of €100
• Full platform setup
• Personal training
• Priority support for 30 days

Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

5. Directory ads

The ad on beautycalendar.pro/centros is a different product from the SaaS subscription. It does not include a diary, a centre website, clients or bookings on BeautyCalendar. Buying it does not create a centre account and does not turn the ad into an organic ranking profile.

• Price: 9,90 €/mes más IVA (Stripe Tax según el país de facturación). Cobro mensual recurrente. Puede cancelar cuando quiera con el enlace de gestión que enviamos por email.
• Identified advertising: it is shown with the visible label “Ad”. It is not secretly mixed into the ranking of centres that use BeautyCalendar (Spanish General Advertising Act and LSSI-CE).
• Moderation: after payment we review the ad. It does not appear in the list until it is approved. We may reject or remove ads that are false, offensive, for another business, or that breach these terms. Rejection cancels the Stripe subscription.
• Payment: there is no 7-day grace period (that applies only to SaaS). Non-payment or cancellation: the ad is removed from the list immediately. There is no refund for partial periods already billed.
• Content: the advertiser warrants that they have the right to use the name, photo and links, and that the information is true. They are responsible for their website, external booking, Instagram and WhatsApp. BeautyCalendar does not intermediate those bookings and is not liable for the salon’s service.
• External links: when someone taps website, booking, Instagram or WhatsApp, they leave BeautyCalendar. We do not control those sites.

Withdrawal (consumers): if you contract as a consumer (a natural person not acting for professional or business purposes), you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, under articles 102 et seq. of the consolidated Spanish consumer law (LGDCU). By paying and asking for the ad to be reviewed, you request that the service start immediately. If the service has already started during the withdrawal period, withdrawal does not remove the duty to pay the proportional part of the service already provided. If you contract as a professional or a company, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

6. Billing and payments

The following applies to the SaaS subscription. The directory ad is governed by section 5.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• The subscription renews automatically every month
• Invoices are emailed after each charge
• If a SaaS payment fails, the service may be suspended after 7 days
• We do not refund partial periods

7. Cancellation and suspension

By the user:

• You can cancel your SaaS subscription at any time from your dashboard
• SaaS cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for
• After cancellation, account data and what you entered in the panel (clients, appointments, consents, legal documents, and so on) are kept in case you want to recover the account. BeautyCalendar reserves the right to delete them at any time. It is your responsibility, before cancelling, to download consents and legal documents from the panel (ZIP export under Legal templates and Profile)
• The directory ad is cancelled with the link sent by email: it is removed from the list immediately and there is no residual access to the public listing

By BeautyCalendar.pro:

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if:

• You breach these Terms of service
• You use the service for illegal or fraudulent activity
• You do not pay what is due
• You put the security or stability of the platform at risk

8. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorised activity
• Try to access other users’ accounts
• Reverse-engineer the software
• Overload or try to damage the servers
• Send spam or malicious content
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Resell or sublicense the service without permission
• Publish ads or profiles with false data, a third party’s data without permission, or without labelling them as advertising when required

9. Ownership of data

• Your data: You keep ownership of all data you enter on the platform (clients, appointments, products, and so on)
• Export: You can export the client list (Excel) and download signed consents, medical questionnaires and GDPR documents (ZIP) from the panel. It is your responsibility to do so before cancelling
• Retention after cancellation: we keep the data in case you want to recover the account. BeautyCalendar reserves the right to delete it when it decides. There is no minimum retention period except legal invoicing duties
• Backup: We make daily backups, but we recommend that you keep your own copies

10. Intellectual property

BeautyCalendar.pro and all of its components (code, design, brand, logos) belong to Icaro Nutrition SCP. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms.

11. Service availability

We try to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability (there may be scheduled maintenance)
• A total absence of errors or bugs
• Compatibility with every browser and device

We will give notice of scheduled maintenance that may affect the service.

12. Limitation of liability

BeautyCalendar.pro is not liable for:

• Loss of profit or revenue
• Loss of data (we recommend keeping your own copies)
• Indirect or consequential damage
• Problems arising from third-party services (Stripe, Firebase, OpenStreetMap, and others)
• The content, prices or service of advertised centres, or what happens on external websites, diaries or WhatsApp

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

13. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to:

• Add, change or remove features
• Update the platform to improve security and performance
• Change prices with 30 days’ notice

• Priority support is available with Assisted setup

15. Confidentiality

We will keep your information and your clients’ information confidential under our Privacy policy.

16. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.

17. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms of service. Significant changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that notice means you accept the new terms.
