BeautyCalendar.pro is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for beauty and wellness professionals:

• Customisable professional website
• Online appointment and booking management
• Client management and database
• Automatic reminders
• Online shop for products
• Analytics and statistics
• Public centre directory (beautycalendar.pro/centros)
• Paid ads, labelled as Ad, for centres that do not use the BeautyCalendar diary

Ads are not shown as organic ranking results. The advertiser is responsible for the details and links they publish. BeautyCalendar does not intermediate bookings made outside the platform.

4. Terms of use

You agree to use the content and services that BeautyCalendar.pro offers properly and not to use them to:

• Carry out unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order
• Spread racist, xenophobic, illegal pornographic or terrorist content, or content that violates human rights
• Damage the physical or logical systems of BeautyCalendar.pro, its providers or third parties
• Introduce or spread computer viruses or any other system likely to cause the damage described above

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All website content, including without limitation text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, is the intellectual property of Icaro Nutrition SCP or of third parties. No exploitation rights recognised by intellectual-property law are granted to the user.

6. Account data after cancellation

After the service is cancelled, account data and data entered in the panel are kept in case the professional wants to recover the account. BeautyCalendar reserves the right to delete them at any time. It is the user's responsibility, before cancelling, to download consents and legal documents from the panel.

7. Liability

Icaro Nutrition SCP is not liable for:

• Continuity and availability of the content
• The absence of errors in that content or the correction of any defect that may occur
• The absence of viruses and/or other harmful components
• Damage caused, to themselves or to a third party, by anyone who breaches the conditions, rules and instructions that BeautyCalendar.pro sets on the website

8. Changes

Icaro Nutrition SCP reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any changes it considers appropriate to its site, and may change, remove or add both the content and services provided and the way they are presented or located.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between Icaro Nutrition SCP and the user is governed by current Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or to the ordinary courts. The Courts of Barcelona (Spain) have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or related to use of this website.
